Like I said Chris, I dont know. There are a lot of pictures posted on FB and elsewhere with the wrong info, so you have to take everything with a pinch of salt.

A great view of Barkers delivery cart outside the shop at 341 Slade Road in 1927. The corner of Fentham Road in the background. This part of Slade Road at the bottom of Fentham Road was never used for house building but from maps showing Slade Road in 1915 the land was part of the Birmingham Union Workhouse. During World War 2
temporary prefabricated houses were erected along Slade Road from the corner of Fentham Road.
