I've come across this Pathe newsreel about a car invented in Sutton Coldfield in 1968.
In the second half of the film, the car is seen coming off the drive of a house in Wood End rd, going past rookery park, down Kingsbury road onto Tyburn road.
Fascinating.

I think they have got Sutton Coldfield mixed up with Erdington.
